hey, ive got a 92 ext cab ranger and i wonna know what its gonna take to fit 33's without cutting my fenders up, if i added a extra leaf in the back, put coil spacers in the front and a 3 inch body lift would i clear 33's? i dont do any hardcore offroading, wood roads, pits and muddy feilds is about it since its my DD.

thanks!

That would work with minimal rubbing. But I personally say you do a 6" skyjacker suspension lift.

i dont really wonna spend that much on a lift tho, im selling my car so ill have around 2 grand to spend on the truck, thats why i wanted to do a cheap lift, that way ill have enough for tires, the body lift, spacers, i have extra leaf springs from my parts truck, then i wonna get it checked to see what it will need for inspection (inspection around here is retarded) and it should have all new breaks, and wheel bearings wouldnt hurt! and ill probly need new rims for my tires since all i have is the stock ones...

i had an 89 single cab with a 3 inch body lift and it never rubbed.. it may rub with the front bumper on but i never ran it with it on. so your setup will work.

if you use 8 inch wide wheels it will barely fit with a 33x 12.5 or 10.5 wide tire and some rubbing.

oh yeah-mudd slut i think about making a roll bar every time i see that pic of your truck

rickcdewitt - haha it will be well worth your time.. i was planning on doing it sooner but not soon enough.

but i had 15x8 on 33x12.5.. heres a pic when i had a bed rather than a flatbed...

Fitting 33's?

thanks fellas, by the looks of your pic, spacers, a extra leaf and a body lift should fit the 33's pretty well, and as for bumpers i plan on making or having new ones made at some point! thanks
