First time ordering james duff. Disappointed?

Okay so I'm no pretty boy nor a perfectionist. But I order some JD t-bars for my pile and they came today. Both the bars and the brackets have scratches on them through the paint.
Just simply from shipping, I would think they would wrap them better or something.....
I had planned to paint them anyways but it would have been nice to get them without imperfection.

That said I did like the quality of the rest of it and the metal, especially for the price !

Pretty much... I called them and they said u pay to send back and new shipping and we will repaint.
I just said ill save 30 bucks and paint myself.

i really like everything i have seen from the current guys.

i learned long ago to ask for bare if possible, or pay/insure and specify shipping.

Ya I guess your right. I like the stuff was just disappointed it was scratched. But the timeliness was good. Ordered and sent next day.

had a polished intake/valve cover set come in whacked one time the day before the show....lots of stuff like that over the years....the original duff guys were real bad.....

at least you were planning on making them a different color...

filling the scratches sucks but the product should be sound in the end..
