I finally Got all my parts to start my sas. 
99 Ranger 2wd, with a 2.5L turbo'd. I have a D60 for the front and 14Bolt for the rear. My transfer case is a Np205 divorce mount.
Im gonna be running 8" chevy leaf springs in the front, and 6" inches in the rear. And I might extend the wheelbase a couple inches if I have too.
I have a couple questions,
Can I solid mount the case or does it need to have a rubber mount?
What steering box do you guys run? I plan on running my stock pump, and using a toyota box, anyone know if this will work?
And last but not least, gears. what ratio would ya'll recomend for 38"-42" tires with a 4cyl pushing them? This truck will see mud, muddy trails, and sand bars. Thanks guys
