Fiberglass leaf spring bushings

I have factory fiberglass leafs with shot bushings and can't find replacements anywhere. I tried to see if the standard steel leaf bushings would work but they are about 1/2 inch too small. If anyone knows where to get them please let me know. On a side note I am also looking for core support bushings that are CHEAP, if I can't find them for the right price I think I will try to use hockey pucks.

i would take out one of the bushings. go to a part store and tell them that you need that part. easiest way to find one

got any pics? ive never seen or heard of a fiberglass leaf being a factory option on the ranger, is it a step side?

I will post pics soon. I have only seen them on early second gens with long beds.

The core supports ( body mounts / bushings ) seem to be a dealer only part. The only exception I found is LMC Truck, I'd recommend that rout. As for the spring bushings, try Rock Auto .com, or just put real springs on it.

Long bed eh? Definitely get some pics up, I like the long beds, don't seem em to much, glad I snatched mine up when I did.

I have to run the fiberglass springs because I have already modified them to use an Explorer rear end so there is no going back. I will take pics of the springs and the truck when I get off work today.

BTW If you put an unmodified Explorer rear in the back of a Ranger you will get about 6 to 6.5 inches of drop.

Have you tried a real spring shop? A shop that deals basically only in springs.
