2.0L ('83-'88) Fenders on 2004 Ford Ranger XLT

I’m trying to replace the fenders on my 2004 Ford Ranger XLT. The ones I found online for a 2004 Ford Ranger look identical to the ones on my truck, but the website says they’re not compatible. I want to buy them anyway because I think they’ll fit and I can’t find any used ones in my area. Can anyone confirm if they actually won’t fit? I’ve attached a picture of the ones online below.
