Last night I used my air chisel to cut out the fenders on my ranger. I had factory fender flares so I scribed the paint around the arch on the fender flare then removed the flares and I was left with a nice curved line. Then I used the chisel and cut on the line to remove the sheet metal. The air chisel is defiantly the way to go when cutting sheet metal, cut like butter.
Here are some pictures before and after.
