feel air coming from floor vents all the time??

hi as the winter months are coming i remind myself of the things that need to be fixed... first of all i have a 96 ranger xlt 2.3 with a 5 speed... ever since i bought the truck i can have the heater and a/c controls off and i still feel coming through the floor vents either hot or cold... all other controls work fine (floor,defrost,ac,and mid level)..Anyone ever have this same problem?? im thinking a vac line is pinched or something.. any help would be appreciated..

possibly a blend door not shutting completely. These trucks have a know issue with the blend doors. do a search of the tech library for more details and a fix.
