favorite car

Truth is, I can't pick one favorite car.

This thread should be "cars we really like"

I've always been partial to those old square Volvos with the motor leaning over. Never even touched one to my knowledge but I like the basic 4-cylinder in a square, roomy sedan. It's the car every 4 year old can draw. Everytime you see one the word CAR comes into your head and you reach for your 64 pack of Crayolas.

My first car was a 1978 Volvo 164 with the 3.0 inline 6 cyliner. It was a POS, but it kicked ass. I wouldn't say that it's my favorite car, though.

Favorite would be my jetter so im the second tuner, even though im really a euro tuner lol, idk if u can tell but its lowered and shit

My second car was an 1982 Jetta. I rolled it one morning coming back from a wicked camping trip where I drank a six pack and most of a bum jug of cheap ass red wine. I was in a ditch with only the passenger door and one tire touching the ground. We pulled it out of the ditch with a friends Ranger and a jump rope. I had to pry the front quarter panel away from the passenger side door to get it to open. Other than that, it was fine. The impact actually fixed the front end alignment.

Good times...

hey will....wanna come to NJ and buy a car, my pops has one just like that, just a lighter color silver LOL

Well if I had to choose, it'd probably be a Ferrari (take your pick).

With gas prices the way they are, an Opel Eco-Speedster would be nice:

Max speed of 155 MPH getting roughly 140 MPG over the course of a 24 hr race. Most of which was spent at full throttle.

For something a bit more practical, I'd have to go with a Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

the '87 gnX--it was a souped up gn--fastest american production car on the street at the time--whooped a brand new 'vette on the strip, with only a v6!!!

anything could beat a corvette from that era, only 160hp! those grand nationals were pretty slick though, some one brings one into my work to be worked on, 28,000 miles on it! mint shape! very nice!:headbang:

my fav car of all time would have to be would have to be a plymouth prowler that is one chic mag of a car if i ever seen one....

it has an ass kickin look to it, but come on! only a N.A. v6!!!:dunno:

Had a couple of favorites, first one was a '67' Dodge Dart with the 273 Hi-Po motor w/4 speed, 3.91 posi rear. Did every thing I asked of it above and beyond normal.

Current favorite Summer drive is the car I love having to go to work with.
