Hey from N.C. 5 years ago I bought my midddle son an 88 ranger 4wd. It has the 2.9 and 5 speed, a 9" rear end, 3" body and I believe a 4" suspension lift. So, now he wants to build it. We just got a d44 from a 77 f150 and an tranny and tcase from an 83 f150. Still have to get a 302 and lots of odds n ends. Parts are available, money is scarce. Been studying up and reading the forums. It's gonna be a slow go but with time and some of ya'lls help it'll come together. JTB
