I have a set of 31" Falken tires on my Ranger. they give a pretty good ride. I paid about $600 installed and out the door a few years ago. That was at Discount Tire. they wanted ~750 for the BFG All Terrains out the door, and since I was poor, I got the Falkens

I actually work for Discount Tire and just tonight put a set of 30x9.50 15 Falken A/T's on a 95 Ranger, they're a pretty descent tire and pretty popular on SUV's and small pickups, I'd definitely suggest having them siped too. Siping makes almost any tire out there much better. And Discount is cheaper than that site too.
