So Im just gonna throw in new leaf springs, shocks with the springs on them and those summit racing traction bars. (The big yellow ones)

But I need to relocate the shock mounts/gusset onto the axle tube.

Who make a quality mount for a 8.8? Ive been looking, but there are alot of options.

I mounted the diff on top of the springs so I could go that less expensive route but with the explorer plate that sits under the spring will nee modification and that where my shocks mount now

So these are the parts I was going to get

Ubolts I can get made locally

Those load helper springs Im probably gonna get those adjustable ones from monroe

And of course if the pinion angle changes again I'll get the prober shims fro. The same place that makes my ubolts.

I would take a look at what Ruff Stuff has to offer...

Do you remember what the axle tube diameter of a 8.8 is? My truck is lowerd also so curved straight etc is also something im not sure if I should consider.....

Not off the top of my head... I'm 99% sure it is noted in the tech section though.

Knew I seen it there... I try not to commit specifications to memory.

This is why we owe @Jim Oaks a BIG thank you for maintaining all things Ranger!

The shock mounts I used on the 8 inch in my Ranger came from Currie Enterprises where I got my axles- and cost less than $20.

I would highly recommend CalTracs over those Summit slapper bars. Look into them.
