Fabbed up a quick Bike stand last night

Got bored last night,looked around the scrap metel pile and came up with a pretty neat bike stand.
looked at this first

Then this..

Went with the second and started cutting...

Added a small hyd. jack I had and ended up with this

Works great!I need to go to the scrap yard and pick up a screw jack to mount permenant.

Had to brace it and add a strap so I could pull the jack out.
Both wheels are off the ground and its stable as hell.
I love old exercise equipment..............as long as I get to cut them up...lol!

.....Hey, me too! You wouldn't believe all the 'sporting equipment' people toss out even it was very expensive. I pick them up & bring it to the scrapper-
