so my girl has an 03 F250 and some dumbass B**** slammed into her head on in a parking lot. she was driving through with no headlights on at night. the car deployed both airbags and crunched back about 12+ inches on the drivers side, pissed all its coolant and trans fluid out, i'm pretty sure the car is totaled. the passenger side of the bumper on the truck is dented, and the plastic skirt was pushed into the tire a little bit on turn, and the headlight was cracked, but thats it. talk about ford tough. . . she told the cops that thats why she drives a ford. :icon_hornsup:

I am going to go to the place they towed the car to and try to get pics, wouild have taken them last night but i thought it would start an issue with the lady driving the car.

That happened because it's a large framed truck vs a car. My mom's old Taurus took 500 in damage from a wind-blown garbage can. That was not Ford tough.

Yeah if a 2,600# Ford Focus takes out a 6,500# Nissan Titan head on then you can gloat.

I know a guy that took out a Mack 10 wheel dumptruck with a Ford Tempo.........

He almost died but the dumptruck didnt drive away from the accident, the front axle was messed up.

Yeah, a Saudi taxi driver going about 90mph in a late 80s Impala took both sets of drivers out from underneath a 5-ton in a convoy back in '91. He didn't make it. The passengers in the back of the truck didn't even feel it.

I t-boned a Ford Taurus wagon at 60 mph in my F-250.

Snapped the bolts on my grille guard and pushed one side of it into the fender leaving a small crease right behind the turn signal.

Taurus spun around and smashed into the center barrier. Total loss

I felt no pity for the lady, she was drunk, no license, not her car, etc...

Ford Car = 0
Ford Truck = 1

I t-boned a Ford Explorer in my dad's 92 F-150, right on her passenger side rear panel. She blew through a stop sign going around 35-40. I was pulling our brand new hunting boat, first time we had it on the water. Totalled both rigs, the F-150 front end was crunched from the impact and then jackknifed the truck and trailor and hit a 40 foot light pole (moved it about a foot). Amazingly, I still can't figure it out to this day, the Explorer didn't roll, but the spare tire that was under it flew out from underneath and destroyed a fence. Oh and no insurance on a cell phone. Awesome. And when we got out of our rig to go blast her, she says "daddy, I've been in another accident (on her phone)." Good gravy.
