F150 wheels on 93 ranger 4x4

I have some 17" rims with 31's off my old 03 F150 FX4 with the 5x135 bolt pattern. I know my 93 ranger has the 5 on 4.5 pattern. If i bought wheel adapters would my F150 rims work? The truck has auto hubs. Just want to make sure that the rims will work before i blow 130 bucks on adapters.

if they adapt 5x4.5 to 5x135 yea, if they don't, no

I would imagine they would as long as you get the adaptor. just make sure you get the right adapter
