I have f150 leaves on my ranger, i did it for lift and a bit more travel but they are stiff enough to make me uncomfortable. So my question is how much lift will the overload make me loose? Since it does not curve with the other leaves i assume it would only loose the size of the overload itself but i am probably wrong? My truck never has enough weight to compress the f150 leafs to the overload so i see no hurt in removing it

If you never compress that far, you'll also see no benefit to removing it. Besides the lost weight..
