f150 coil springs

could someone explain how this works please ive heard it a few times, pictures anyone, and is it easy

don't do it. It sucks and makes for a terrible ride. Plus, about 8 big washers will cost less than 2 coils at the junkyard.

thank you, ya all i want reallys about 2inch over stock so it doesnt sit with the front end looking down

Yea the washer spacers would be about as much as the f150 coils and you get to keep the ride nice and soft. I thinki spent about 10 bucks on my washers.
