F150 coil springs results

87 ford ranger

The f150 coils gave me probably 4 inches over stock, and the explorer leafs gave me about 2 inches.

did you have to use f150 coil perches or did you use your stock ranger perches?

i plan on doing this on my 89. What year F150 coils should i look for?

any ttb coil. the 100 will ride better and give less lift...the e series sometimes will be beat more and offer less lift and better ride

best results for me include e or f arms with relocated radius arm brackets

the 150 shocks were too short for me so i put stud extenders on the shocks with regular ranger arms....when running the top shock mount f arms they are at a odd angle but work great

I also have the f-150 springs on my truck. I still need about 2 inches of lift to fit 35's. Does anyone know if I add a coil spacer if I should get the one for the f-150 spring or the stock ranger. I would think the F150 but I don't know for sure because the spring is mounted on stock Ranger components.

Thanks,
Paul

Does it matter what year f150 fro the springs? and if so what year would work best with my 98?

Did you read the last page? Any ttb year, so like 83 to 96, they are all pretty much the same.
