f150 coil question?

I have researched high and low on the f150 coil swap and have failed to find details on the actual donor coils themselves. I have a 94 Ranger and am looking to get the "pre-runner" stance out of it. I have decided to do the f150 coil swap as opposed to a spacer or other option. My question is what f150 coils should I use? 2wd, 4wd, v6, v8, what year f150? My goal is about 2.5"-3" of lift. Thanks in advance!

some beat coils out of any of them that are as rust free as possible....
