i currently have a strait axled 94 ranger with a 79 d44 in the front and i was wondering if i got a set of 79 upper coil buckets if i could mount them and still be able to attach the lower coil to the correct place on the top of the radius arm? because right now im running stock ranger upper buckets with Ranger coils and i custom made lower mounts because the ranger frame is narrower than the F150.

The F150 frame being wider is what allows it to sit right over the radius arm. The F150 buckets don't hang out any farther then the ranger ones and they aren't gonna help your problem. I'd rather run your coils as is, allowing more flex etc, unless you have a stability issue and need to put them out wider to control body roll etc.

the main reason behind wanting to run the F150 buckets and stock lower location is because i want to run eb coils and i was told that the F150 and eb coils wont work in the Ranger coil buckets without modification.

They fit, they're a lil tight but they'll work. I ran F150 TTB coils when I had my 4"BDS lift, and I'm running 7"skyjacker EB coils with my SAS, and they've both been in the stock bucket. I'd run the F150 buckets to make the coils fit perfectly, but I'd leave them flat to the frame and run your coils to the mounts you have on the axle now to avoid uneccessary frame stress.

im looking for more front end flex so im extending my radius arms and going with different coils.

Well, leaving your buckets closer to the frame will allow more flex with a smaller coil. Mind posting up some pics/specs of your front end setup? I'm looking to run 37's eventually but even with 7"coils it looks like I may have rub issues under flex running 10" rims and just a plain old 35x12.50. Oh, and how well do the 4.56's push 37s?

heres the link to all of the pics of the build that i have
as for my set up in the front.
im running my custom lower mounts, which only sit maybe a half inch higher then stock mounts and 5.5" Ranger lift coils with stock length radius arms dropped about 3 inchs
as for the gears pushing 37s i think it does good offroad but if i was dot drive it on the road alot it would need lower gears. but since its a offroad only truck the 4.56s are fine in low range with an auto. since i see you have a manual im sure 4.56s would do alot better for you.
