F-250 Shock Towers w/ 6" Coils

Hey guys, i have f-250 upper shock towers with 6" skyjacker coils on my 88 ranger. I took some measurements and am getting roughly 27 1/2" from eyelet to eyelet with the front tires off the ground at full droop. and with the tire on the groun i am measuring roughly 24 1/2" from eyelet to eyelet. I cant afford anything really expensive but dont want junk. does anyone running this setup have any part number of the shocks they r running ive looked on summit racing but it is hard to find shocks this long since its all vehicle specific..any help would be great thanks! Rear shocks for a 5-6" lifted Chevy K1500 pickup ('88-'98) should work on that (29.5" ext, 17.5" coll. double-eyelet).




You might try this place if it's not junk you want:

They show Bilstein 5125s in a couple of different lengths that should work well on that (28" and 29.7"). I'd probably go for the 29.7s just to have a hair extra travel if you decide to change things around later.

You're not thinking of going duals are you?

Absolute garbage as far as I'm concerned. Its worth spending a bit more up front to get a better shock.

thanks guys i just ordered two of the 29.7in extended length bilsteins that junkie recommended..hope they work well .
