Well i have got a new bumper built for the 05-07 (possibly the 97s and up, have not checked to see if the mounting points would work) f-250 and 350s. It keeps the stock bumper and flows with the factory body lines. The main bar that runs parallel with the front bumper has eleven bends in it :icon_welder: and it still came out straight as an arrow! :yahoo: lol. Im concidering building these for anyone that would want one but here are some pics from my weekends work :D.

Very nice work. I think it looks like the truck has braces because the tube is so small by comparison though. It great work and I love the idea, but I could definitely be beefier.

i can see that but this is what the customer wanted (my buddy in this case) and also its not powdercoated yet. when it gets the gloss black on it it will look much better, let alone these pics dont do justice. This was made to just hold lights and add a little flare. the bumper made his day so thats all that matters in the end, if the customers happy im happy.

hmmmm that sayin kinda reminds me of my girlfriend .

well considering that its more or less a light bar rather than a grille guard or push bumper, its just the right size.

good work! im getting around to where i can get the perfect bends with my protools bender. im considering getting the bendtech software. do you have any experience with the program?

no i sure dont. i just use a measuring tape and a few bending/copeing methods of mine to get it right everytime. My buddy was gettin pissed cause i could get the bends and bars perfect in one try jsut by eyein it and he couldnt get it lol

Ya the bumper is nice but the garage is better. are you going to cap off the ends so they are not open? and I still think it needed to stay the long horn edition.
