been lookin at the f-150 coils on a stock suspension set up and that bronco, was wondering if anyone out there has done it and can get it going down the road straight. i want to lift my truck up some more but just dropped some money in the v8 swap so the wife says no lift kit. so if anyone out there has done it and still uses it for a daily driver let me know and if you could show some pics

pm r1hatman. and theres a link in the tech library. your truck will ride like a dump truck just a fyi

All you need to do is get the bottom buckets for the F150...I think they're like $10 each from ford. If you wanna, I have a set of coils I'll give you if you wanna drive down to Williamsport Pa, they're already cleaned up and painted blue...I went a different route and decided not to use them. PM me if you're interested.

BTW, I Lol'd at your username...I guess you havent seen the South Park episode...

ext cab should weigh about the same in the front as a V8 BII so here is the one i did. bastard pack in the rear+factory block. it rides ok nothing like a dump truck had to remove the sway bar on this one and doing that helped the ride quality.

couple of hose clamps for the top bucket and it has not moved for 3 months or so of some pretty nasty trails and doing dumb stuff as those pics show. those are 33x12.50s on the stocker rims. rubs a little in the front at full flex but not to bad.

it messed with the camber on the one i did fixed the camber on it and it drives fine still a little off but not bad. shouldn't mess with alignment to bad.

gonna have to try that, hopefully brinker88 can give me a hand and get those coils off of him
