extra lift?

so as of right now my truck is sitting like a 1960's rat rod and i was wondering if there is any way to get some cheap extra lift outta my truck without having to spend alot of money or having to worry about a bad camber.?

Washers or coil spacers under the lower spring perches is a good cheap way to get a couple inches lift. You will need to realign the camber & caster afterward though, no way to get around that. Pick up a set of 2-piece adjustable alignment bushings for it, it'll make realigning it properly much easier.
