Extension housing parking pawl

So I was playing stupid games trying to win stupid prizes, and leaked 2.5 qts of tranny fluid out of my transmission extension housing on the drive home. I pulled the transmission because she was leaking multiple other places. When I removed the housing extension a spring an a tab piece fell out. I assume they go on the pin but would like to confirm the orientation of them. One side of the tab has an N imprinted in it.

A part name is worth a 1000 words I guess. The tab is a parking pawl so I am told, and with that google works again.
