My '86 Bronco II has a 6" suspension lift with a 3" body lift and is running on 37" Mickey T's. With that said I looked into buying some longer radius arms until I saw the price. So i decided i would make some. Here is the problem: I dont know how to start and I dont know anyone around here that has ever fabbed any. So some sort of step by step plan with materials would be greatly appreciated.

I plan on using 2" round 1/4" or 3/8" walled steel tubing

i agree, there's too many threads on this....just look around

59bisquick has some good pics/measurements, i'd do pretty much what he said

you could buy a welder and the material you need to make them by the time you bought some from skyjacker or duff.
