Got an '02 F350 2wd with a V10 in the shop today and the radius arms are PERFECT to fit on a D35 TTB. They're also about 15" longer than stock and get rid of the radius arm bushings!

They use the same size bolt as the ranger to bolt them up and the gap on the arm is the same. Now to find one in a JY....Ford wants over $250 per side...

Did I stumble upon something new here gentlemen? :D

Id like to see these. Did you get a pic? And finding one in a jy wont be an easy task.

yes pics!

only reason i said this, is so i remember lol

I wonder if E-450 RAs are the same as the F-350 RAs... I could go out front here and measure those (I may just have to do that :D ).

I'd be curious to see them on a D35 also (they'd probably be beefy as hell lol). 15" is long enough that you'd likely have to incorporate your RA mounts into a custom tranny crossmember though (12" works better to avoid this).

Only thing I see that could work is the 2wd ONLY ones...and yes, they are beefy as HELL. I'm saying 15" longer....Im gonna measure them tomorrow to make sure and take some pictures...the 2wd front suspension is still TTB believe it or not...and the beams are THICK as shit. For some reason, I cant find any pics on Google...

Thats really suprising to me that ford still uses TTB. I guess I never thought about what the 2WD 1 tons use. I guess its better than a solid front axle 2wd on the road.

Yes I think your onto something...!

i did some searching on google. geez brink, how many forums did you post this question on? lol

i found some pics of extended ones. it's gonna depend on the thickness of theF250 beams if it's gonna work. they look like they'd be thicker. you'll need to find some and do some measuring to know for sure.

I posted the question on 2 forums....Here and FRF
Update on this gentlemen....The widths between the mounting points are BOTH 5.5 inches, so these will bolt up without ANY modifications!!!:yahoo::icon_twisted:

So this should definitely be a sticky for bolt on Extended radius arms

what about mounting the other end to the frame? from a pic a saw, it looks like you'd need a custom mount for it.

Yea, they bolt onto the frame...you'd have to drill some holes, of course But if you find the donor truck, steal them too. Most likely will have to make a crossmember as well.
