Extended Cab without Jump Door seat swap

I'm looking at swapping my 60/40 seats out of my ranger. I found a donor explorer I can get the seats and center console out of. However, this is a four door explorer and the seats will not slide forward. What are my options to either get these seats to slide, or get different seats?

Only way is to get a set of rails for buckets from similar year truck as yours and mount the Explorer seats on those rails.

I put in a set of seats from a truck once that were the high back buckets...but they did not move forward like rear access seats should so it was a pain to get things in the back...

Any seat that normally works with a 2 door vehicle is better if you want to move the seats forward.

Could I swap the brackets from mine, to that isn't a 60/40? Do they bolt up?

the 60/40 brackets might work with buckets but I've never worked on them...they both mount inthe same holes so I don't see why not...

Did you check the Tech Articles doc? AllanD wrote one a while back and I think he mentioned those but can't recall...

I ended up going to look at the seats and they were garbage. So sadly, I'm still on a hunt for them.
