What extend and collapse shock length should I be looking for for a 2-2.5 inch lift for my bronco ii? I'm afraid the old shocks will top out so I guess I'll be buying new ones. I also see the only length choices are pretty much from 10"--16" or 15"-26" which is confusing because that's such a big difference.

grab some masking tape, a ruler, and a marker.
take a shock off, measure & mark the extended and collapsed lengths.
put the shock back on and note the normal ride height.
then pick a desired length with normal ride height somewhere in the middle.
