Explorer V8 engine replacement question

Does anybody know much about the difference between the 2V 4.6 in the '95 Crown Vic and the '02 Explorer? Found one here:

Not at all worried about power, just want to make sure it's easy enough to switch accessories and such back and forth so I can just bolt in the Vic engine.

Base engine I think is the same. Intakes are different, but if you strip the 95 down to a long block and swap everything over and I think you are good to go.

Just need to verify that there aren't going to be any snags in getting the CV engine into the Exploder.
