I have a 1993 Explorer in my yard that just received brand-spankin new brake pads and rotors up front, as well as the outer bearings. After the new brakes, the engine crapped out beyond repair.
Will the rotors and pads fit my 1988 Bronco II, which needs both?

No. If its 4wd. If its 2wd,maybe. The 93 has a D35, the 88 has a D28.

Switch over the front and rear axles. They're MUCH stronger than stock ones, plus, you'll get to use your new brake parts!

Yeah, if you plan on doing any build up on the BII this swap is definitely worth the time it takes.

I was actually thinking about getting a gas sipper for a daily driver and parking the B2 for a few upgrades. I'll keep the axle swap in mind. And I can take the Explorer leaf springs, too.

If ya take the explorer shackles too you'll get a free 1-2" inches of lift in the rear.
Dead Explorers definitley make a great donor car for a bronco II. My freind is constantly breaking half shafts out on the trail, I've never broken one with the D35.
