Explorer Lock actuator

Just curious if anyone has used an Explorer lock actuator in a Ranger? We're doing a full frame swap, and will be using everything Explorer, however the Ranger never had power anything. Will the actuators fit? Thanks

No, not a direct swap
Could they be made to work.................probably

Better to find a matching year Ranger and get all the power door parts and panels with switches

We have new door panels with switches coming, as well as power window motors as Explorer ones are completely different and wont fit The power lock actuators on the other hand seem to be a fairly simple device, and similar size just a different shape. I did read somewhere that the Explorer switches work in reverse of the Ranger ones, so if thats the case assume I could just reverse the wires?
