Explorer Front Coils on Ranger will they fit?

Will the front coils springs from a 2wd. Ford Explorer fit a
2wd. Ranger of the same year. I have 2wd. Ranger I want to level the front end with the rear end. The Explorer front ends appear to set higher than the Rangers. Somebody please help this poor boy.

I have Explorer springs on my B2 raised it up a little.They were both four wheel drive so probably but not absolutely.

Does your B2 have coil spring on the front end??
