My mom owns a 2004 Explorer 4Dr Auto. She is having a problem with her A/C.
She told me that when the A/C system is on low it blows fine through all of the vents. But when it is on high it only blows from the floor and the back vents on the center console. I think the flapper that allows the vents on the dash to blow cool is closed. My question to you all is what type of action should I do? Is the flapper in the back of the dash vents controlled by a vaccum or just manual?
Please Help. I don't know what to do!
Thanks,
