exhaust problem???

ok this only happens during summer. my exhaust heat cause my passanger side foulr borad to sweet so bad it has water soaking the capet. the heat sheld is still there. my wind sheld does not leak eather i cheacked that first off. my cat is hollow. what is causeing this???

Are you sure your A/C condensate drain isn't plugged?

yes i am. plus i dont even use the ac i took it off because it dont work. so i now its not that.???

It's not the heater core, is it?

I mean, there isn't much in that area to leak.

Cheacked that and its not it. it is the exhaust doing it I just can't figure out how it is doing it????

How the HELL can high exhaust heat make your floorboard sweat? It's a colder-than-ambient surface in near-saturated humidity that does that.

Something is dripping on it. Evap drain, heater core, or perhaps a windshield leak.

When you disconnected your AC you didn't leave any ductwork open under the cowling?

nothing is leaking on it i cheacked for that. what do you mean by the ac duck work?? mine is all closed up! i need to get this fixed becaus it is starting to get surface rust under the carpite. help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
