Got the heads off this evening and everything went real smooth (bad sign of course). All except 1 exhuast bolt broke :annoyed: and I'm not seeing a set anywhere. Are all these bolts the same length so I can go off the one I have left? If not, has anyone put together a list of replacment bolts? I've been blasting them for about 2 weeks but I guess it was just meant to be this way. Side note, am replacing the heads becuase of water getting in the oil, and holy crap! there's like an inch of yellow snot clinging to the underside of my rocker covers! I'm not seeing anything obvious to indicate which one might have cracked, but #4 is a bit more wet looking on the piston top so I think that may be it. I've got the chilton's manual and a print out of TRS tech section on head replacment, any other tips? Thanks.

The bolt threads are m8x1.25. You'll have to measure for length. You should be able to buy them at any good hardware store. I know you can get them at Fastenal. You may be able to get them at a parts store too.
Head cracking is a common problem with 2.9s
Look the right hand (passenger side) exhaust manifold over really good, they are prone to cracking as well.
