I have a 91 ford ranger 2.3l and I wanna dump my exhaust right confront of my rear tires. What can I do to make it sound beefier and still be able to dump it on the sides? And I need to know the stock exhaust pipe diameter

Sorry, this is not "help needed ASAP". This is, "How do I...?" Big difference. "Help needed ASAP" means you have a real problem and need to get it fixed quickly so you can go back to driving your vehicle, not that you don't like something about it.

If you want it to sound beefier I would start by adding 2.7L of displacement to the engine.

Where the exhaust dumps isn't going to affect the sound nearly as much as your muffler and engine size.

As for the diameter of the stock pipes, why not just go measure them?

My exhaust is cut off my truck so I needed someone to reply before today so then I could go buy parts. And what type of muffler would you suggest?

Then say that in the first place.

I like Thrush glass packs. Get a 24" one, and a little kerosene, pour the kerosense down it and roll it around so it soaks in evenly and set that up. The kerosesne will alter the sound of it once it gets heated up.
