Well i just got my new tires and wheels and now my side exit exhaust tip sits about 2.5" inside..SO my tire sticks out about 2.5" beside my tire...Will this be fine? Or can ir melt my tire??

Maybe since the pressure is pushing that air out, itll push far enough out around the tire.....

ALSO, if its bad should i extend the tip out abiut 2" or just get a new muffler with a dual out and do full dual exhaust out the back??

It wont hurt a thing. With chrome or aluminum wheels it may cause them to get nasty because of the exhaust gasses (my passenger rear wheel looks like ass) but black wheels should be fine.

the exhaust isnt anywhere warm enough at that point for your tire to give a crap.

since it looks like you actually wash your truck from time to time...you'll probably notice a film developing on your tire and wheel that might take a little extra work to remove.

ha ha lol..yeah i give her a bath most everyweekend...There is water restrictions here cuz the drought ( in the city)...I live with my GF in the city, but i drive to my moms everyweekend in the country about 20 minutes aways to let my dogs roam my woods and play...So we have a well there so no restrictions.....
