ok since i got my ranger iv bin selling out all of my gas powered trucks and i have been very succesfull and all good feedback and now the very last one its my newest one i bougth in mint condition except needed pull start i sold for $135 it was a nitro quake for those who know about them, and they guy bought it and now 15 days later he wants a refund because it wont run right and the trannys gone so being a nice guy i offered to pay for the rear end parts it needs ( he says anyways ) he also said it came that way but he just decides to tell me now also i sold it AS IS because i havnt drove it in awhile. i escalated it to a claim with paypal , do you think paypal will give his money back or what ? to me it just didnt seam right because for all i no he could have raped it around a tree buy now. has any one else ever been in this position ???

he deserves jack. you sold it and disclaimed everything wrong with it that you know of (i assume) and you also sold it as is. he has no right to complain.

yeah as is means as is, not as is as long as everything works perfectly. There was a lot of as in that sentence haha

So you should be fine

as far as im concerned you went out on a limb offering to pay for parts after you said as is so that may make someone think you knew something was broken... but i figure that as is means as is if you were good with pics and description you should do ok with this now ya know why i dont do ebay or paypal

well everyone tells me never to do anything with ebay but my first 13 percheses/sales were perfect and then this guy just recked it for me. ebay is usually good as long as your buying from a store or something

anytime you are doing bussiness with strangers;

you win some you lose some.

thats just life.
