basically.....it means for a ranger that came with 27" tires from the factory, the maximum tire size over stock will be 33" tires, MEASURED
height. and no more the 7" of lift total INCLUDING lift added by tires (1" for every 2" larger tire)
According to this if you own a ranger and live in the state of new jersey your maximum is 33" tires with a 4" suspension lift.......WHAT KIND OF HORSE SHIT IS THAT....
