I have just been hit in all of my fords, 95 Thunderbird, my 95ranger (sold) my 02 ranger, and now my 2000 exploder all by the same car.

My stepfather (whom i am not very fond of) has a thing for my vehicles like my moms pt cruiser is attracted to it.

Damage costs

95 Thunderbird - totaled
95 Ranger - approx 600
2002 Ranger - Air bag deployment, bumper, and headlight ?? Still have not fixed it

2000 Exploder - Rear passenger panel just behind tire ???

The first one a 95 Thunderbird 4.6 SHOC swapped to a DOHC had a lot of stuff done to the motor, trans and ecu. Fast as hell and clean he borrowed it and the lovely california traffic jams up and he hits a new caddy at about 80.

The second his fault but not the driver, My mom was backing out of her garage and i am parked off to the side and he yells at her for some stupid reason and she backs into my 95 Ranger (Bumper, corner light, headlight, grill, header panel damaged)

The third 2002 ranger (My current) after all the repairs there is a thread here somewhere i will have the link on the bottom. I was pulling into the complex that they manage right behind them. This is fine since i know how to drive he stops, puts it in reverse and proceeds to back up at a quick pace i honked but that did not stop him slams into my ranger. (Air Bags, Bumper, Head light, grill and header panel)

4th and so far last 2000 ford explorer backing out of a parking spot and cuts the wheel too soon. hits the rear wheel and the body panel behind the rear wheel.

I want a nice running truck but i think he disagrees, I had plans of buying a 2010 but i don't think i want to now.

Sorry just thought i would share my story... Here is my thread i mentioned above.

I would refuse to let him drive any thing anywhere and put him in the trunk if he is to ride in the car. And i would make him pay for it all. after the third time I would start getting pist

I'd be looking for some money from him to be fixing my cars, pay deductibles, paying higher premiums as a result of all these claims, etc. Or just wait until he is sitting in an opportune position and stomp his nards for messing up so many of my vehicles.

+1 on the nard stomp. WTF? He smashes your rides and you get what?

I'd be hitting the roof. If he doesn't pay, going to court is always an option. Getting a favourable judgement is better than a good old fashioned nard stomping LOL

:agree: he deserves a good a$$ beating

and i just saw your thread, and yes u can use any 98+ frame on it. as long its the same as yours. ext cab 2WD. :icon_thumby:

he was only trusted to drive one of the Fords the bird and after that i would not let him use another. I am making him pay for the 02 since that was just stupidity first thing you do before backing up is? Look over your shoulder or in rear view mirror! Well at least i thought.

The 95 is no longer around, the only one i really take care of is the 02 he should be lucky i have not done the new frame yet.

Air bags i just replaced them along with a re-flash on the A/B computer, The bumper i just got a month ago (These things are not cheap) and of course the headlights and header panel was done in the first repair so i have to re-replace them. Un fortunate they do buy a lot of crap and money is hard to get from them. My mom on the other hand wanted to report to the insurance but that was prevented by him and the 3 day grace period has past.

A nice ride out into the Desert with a shovel................
2 go in.........1 comes out..........I wont tell!

He is 65 or so with a weak heart so that would be a lot more then just that. Kinda falls in the same idea as COPPERHEAD85 i am sure more people would know.. Maybe just a loud firecracker under his chair.

I don't know, It would be nice but i think some people would eventually figure it out.. Wait there is nothing there about killing just a shovel and 2 of us and only one returning.. HA HA some people deserve to be buried alive but in this case i think i will have to let it go.. The great thing is his mother died and left a huge inheritance to him and his sister in the form of real estate. Back then it was a 1.5 million dollar property now he is lucky if its worth 500,000, Him and his sister is in court fighting for the sale of that house. When it comes through i will be johnny on the spot with:

Remember the t-bird? Yeah i do too i loved it, Remember my 95 Ranger? Yeah i loved it more, Remember my 02 Ranger? I loved it more then the 95. Now i would like you to remember the 2010 you are about to buy me.. I will not love it as much as my 02 but i will have a special place in my heart for it.

So far only insurance was from the t-bird good thing for that 500 dollar deductible it covered that $40,000 caddy. Other then that no insurance involvement so my rates are still pretty low like 265 for 6 months not to bad.

So what have you done to allow karma to get you?

Still working on that, i am a pretty decent person always there to help another in need usually no matter the problem. Always took care of the problems they have had with their cars, My wife borrowed her PT and hit a curb and i replaced and re-painted the bumper for her. This is only one person that is mainly behind all this. I had one not at fault accident in my jetta wait all my cars have been mangled some how..... Wonder if karma goes neg for being me?

I know right? But its really not my nature to be angry with someone for more then 5 min.. Its not that i am passive because if you continue to work that 5 min i will be doing some stomping. I am just very easy going i guess. I would like comp for all of this and i plan on getting it in the next couple month when that settlement comes. I see my self in a 2010 4X4 Ranger.

just dont let him come 10 feet close to that 10 ranger hes gonna buy u.

Are you kidding i am setting up a schedule of when and where i can drive according to his on the road schedule or near me schedule i may even employ some blocker car drivers for when i travel in the vicinity of where he is going to be.

Which reminds me of what he said when he backed into my 02
Him: "Oh you can just use big washers to put that back on..."
Myself: "What about the airbags, headlight, header panel and grill?"
Him: "It does not look that bad."
Myself: "Yeah because its not yours.."

Thoughts: The fact is that he hit the truck in the first place i should not have to repair in the first place it was already fixed..

I would put "round guards" on the truck, they are basically tube steel that folows around the bottom of the fender line on the truck, and then you have the front and back wheel open for turning, add spikes onto the rims, and put a bag of weed in his car and call the cops.... lets see if he can drive NOW, hehehe

or something like this...
