Just found out my friend is unemployed. He has a 97 TJ he has been trying to build for over 3 years.
Him and his wife want to sell it and all the parts he has gathered over the years.
Get this, he had a D44 front and a D60 rear narrowed professionaly and already setup for a jeep. He needs money now to keep his house. Sucks that his family is in need but I might be able to pick them up super cheap.

That means the long arms should hook up to it and its a "bolt in" swap.

That's what I am thinking. The 60 will need cleaned off and setup for leafs but that's not a problem. He is supposed to email me pics of them. And, I guess it will need re-geared, has 5.29? They were setup for 39's? Idk. I need to get more info from him, if only he would answer his phone.
Oh, I would have to drive almost 4 hours one way to get them. He lives northwest of Chicago.

run them 5.29's!!!! love it offroad hate it on the road. 4 hours wouldnt be too bad if you get a good deal on the axles. find a car with a hitch and a small trailer and make the run.

Looks like I will need new wheels if I get them and the 5.29 with the 35's will suck. It's bad enough now at highway speeds.

Apparently he doesn't want to sell them. Gave me price of $1k. I offered 5. Said can't go any lower than $1,000. He knows what he has and I am sure someone will buy it at that price. Guess I got to excited over it.

Yeah, I saw that ad already. I get cl notifications on my phone and seen that one before I read your post.
I don't blame him for not selling cheaper. He had almost 4k invested in both axles. I'll keep looking, might find something later when I can afford them.
