Last item on hand. I changed the CKP sensor and the damn truck did not even started. After a few attemps and with a ton of frustration I installed the old sensor and the damn truck ran again with the erratic idle. So came home late from the shop (thxs to this) and consulted with a L of Joe Crow.
So I'm drunk...
