hi ,:headbang:i have a 01 ranger 4.0l sohc v6 and after putting contaminated fuel the truck begin smoking prue white smoke and chocalate milky black liqiud out of the tail pipe i remove the #5 spark plug and oil leak out .so.
is may draing plugs clogged or take the engine apart and replce gaskets
the truck does leak some oil rear of block.

the oil leak out of rear of block could be from the oil pan gasket but oil in your spark plugs im going to guess that to be your valve seals

trucks are like grown up legos man take it apart and put it back together again you will be happy that you did cause you might find more a few more issues

oil on the plugs could be piston rings also, theres so many possibilities

You've never taken apart a 4.0 SOHC.

It's not fun. It's easier to put a new engine in than to do head gaskets on one.
