Engine Swaps

Just a question I have been wondering since I bought my Ranger in Dec.

Say you have a Ranger you want to swap in a 5.0L V8. Rather than finding a motor to swap in, is it possible to find an Explorer with everything you want and just swap your Ranger body onto the Explorer frame? Just curious.

I believe the frames are different. Swap the engine / trans / wiring. A whole lot less hassle.

Not hard to swap motors but best post this down in the V-8 section for better results. That swap done many times.
