i have a 89 bronco 11 with a 2.9l engine a4ld trans would like to change motor and tranny wich donor vehicles would be plug and play?

None will be 100% plug and play except for another 2.9. It's not too hard to swap in a 4.0 though. You'll want the M5OD 5 spd behind that. There are a number of 2.9-4.0 swap threads on here, look around and you'll find what you need.
