Is it possible to put 1994 explorer 4.0 into 2003 ranger that has a 3.0

Yes.
But its a huge pain in the ass.
The trans, motor mounts, wiring harness, ECM, everything is different. Plus an 03 will have the PATS system youll have to get around i believe.
Not to mention if you have emission testing itll never pass.
Youre better off selling your truck and buying a 4.0 or actually making it worthwhile and putting in a 302, itd be the same amount of work.
