Engine Swap 3.0 for a 5.0

I am a new member just joined today. i was recently told that i could swap my three liter engine for a ford 5.0 engine as long as i change the motor mounts and slap some headers on it, and that the manual trans that i have would line up

no transmission used in a ranger will bolt to a 5.0. you will need the trans from your donor vehicle...along with any wiring and PCM (if you go fuel injected). motor mounts need to be had, exhaust needs to be made (there ARE headers designed for this swap), driveshafts need to be made, trans. crossmembers may need to be fabbed.

this is no "bolt in" affair.
