I got a 2002 ranger xlt 4x2 manual
i am lookin for performance cam for it, also rear locker(locking hub)///
anyways if yall could give me some links for that i would appreciate it,,

a locker and a locking hub are two different items. sounds like you want a locker. you'll find those in the TRS fab and off road section under axles.

the only cams available for the 3.0 are stocker regrinds. there are a few companies that stock them (check the 3.0 page in the tech library), but i would seriously consider having it done at a local shop as it'll likely save you money and you can have it ground to exact specifications.
