Engine klunk

When i start my truck, on occassion, it will like klunk. Kind of like something is stuck then lets loose. It runs good, starts good. Any idea what could cause this. Maybe just needs a tune-up? Any ideas would be great. Thanks

maybe flywheel or the starter thats what i would think
