Truck of Month
Donor car is an '89 Crown Vic, 5.0/AOD. Truck is an '86 (2.9/5sp 4x4) and will end up with the 5.0, NP435, and 205.
My question is - can I use the engine harness and computer from the Vic, even though I'm using a manual trans? Or do I need the computer (and harness?) from a manual trans car? If so, can I use a truck harness and computer, since that will be cheaper and a lot easier to find than Mustang parts?
Am I thinking into this too far? I read through 8 pages of threads and couldn't find exactly what I need to know so I hope I'm not re-asking a simple question
